CHORUS BEING RAISED FOR BENEFIT CONCERT DEC. 28.
“San Bernardino Cares” is a benefit concert on December 28 at 8 pm for the people affected by the December 2nd tragedy with 100% of all donations going to the Arrowhead United Way.
Three of the performance numbers – the opening “Gloria” from Vivaldi’s “Gloria”, the fourth movement of the Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony (to be sung in the original German) and ‘How Lovely is Thy Dwelling Place’ (to be sung in English) from the Brahms Requiem – require chorus singers. Because of the limited rehearsal time, we need singers who have sung these pieces before and who can make all of our rehearsals.
